Athiri has is a small boutique property, with 3 suites, each one with a private exterior jacuzzi. All suites are spacious with luxury furniture and minimalistic decoration. Two of our suites can accommodate two guest, making them ideal for couples. Our larger suite has a capacity of up to four guests and may easily accommodates families or friends.
Our suites are conveniently located on the beach of Perivolos, on a quiet promenade, yet close to the restaurants and bars of the area. The center with shops and grocery stores are just a few minutes away.

Athiri Luxury Suites offers 3 unique suites with jacuzzi, right in front of the beach of Perivolos. All suites have an ensuite bathroom, large bed and a private balcony with an exterior jacuzzi. The suite can accommodate 2 guests and our family suite can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Athiri Luxury Suites is located in the beachfront of Perivolos, just a few steps from the beach. We provide private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas, along with service from the beach bar.
The airport of Santorini is 13 km from our property and the port is 10 km away. It is recommended to use our tranfer service or a rental car.
The Archaeological Site of Akrotiri is 8.5 km from Athiri Luxury Suites and Fira is 11 km from Perivolos. Oia is a 30-40 minutes drive from the property.
Our suites are fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Each one has a private veranda with extrernal jacuzzi.
We provide bespoke concierge services upon request. Our services may include, pick-up and drop-off at the airport, boat tours, visit in local wineries.
We may also provide suggestions for things to do in Santorini, as well as local restaurants and bars. Private parking is available at the property. Our private beach provides sunbeds and umbrellas for our guests.
